live in the moment... u wanna do work, but face it, there is no more work to be done... if u ever find responsibility too heavy, drop it.. ha... dont care... run away... lols... this may not be the politically correct answer but for me, if i were u, i guess this is what i will do.. hah...
perhaps dont think about work anymore, cuz relle there is no more... sounds harsh, perhaps abit regretful... but it is reality...

chiangmai was a good camp for me, my first interaction with the SCs... still rmr i was in same team as siswo then... cairns was also a cool one.. alot of new experiences... n for me to interact with the year 4 seniors then... n lucky i relle did have a great time with them... kuala lipis... for me to interact with the juniors and enjoying my last camp with them...
day one... it is juz a week after brisbane camp n then off i go to sc camp... at first i abit sian, dont wanna go, cuz still in missing band mode... hah.. yea.. but when i was in the camp for the first day, the local de.. i alrdy hyped up with the icebreakers tht i do with the council... impromptu... no dry run before that.. n im glad it went well... yall enjoyed the lollipops..? haha... tried to be different for the icebreakers... anw, hope you guys knew each other more personally now.. instead of generally...
then come the cheers... n for me to see who exactly in my lula group.. haha.. >< throughout the camp somehow i not always with the group n was a bit sad tht my group dont have alot of IA people in it.. except me n charlotte.. well, a time for me to know more people.. n yea... tried my best to love my group.. hah... again, used my camera as a tool to getting into people... n then, had our first suefla picture taken~!
lunch with IA~! haha... that is always my fave.. being with IA.. getting more n more attached to them... yeps... yanlin was like, "eh, they eat with IA leh.." n yep, referring to me n yixiang.. cuz actualli exco staying in school doing stuff... me n yixiang thought tht nth much to do, so we juz got our lunch frm rachel n chengqian then we ate tgt with IA.. n ya... always finding reasons to come tgt as IA...
dialouge session..!! our dearest year 3s... u guys are a wonderful batch.. see many of u as a good leader... continue to shine n keep up the passion for SC... make the changes, fill up the loopholes that u see in sc... bring sc up to greater heights..! n yea.. use ur heart to connect with people.. but u dont connect with people for the sake of helping u to climb up the way to greater posts... no.. NVR... u do it for the sake of u wanting to do it.. to know more people, to have fun and joy together with ur friends, juniors, seniors... rmr the quote i said...? "to handle urself use ur head, to handle others, use ur heart.." come to think of it, i dont likethe word "handle".. it juz doesnt sound right... anw, juz use ur heart, follow ur heart to what u wanna do... year 3s, u guys grew alot since the start of the year till the camp.. n during the camp again u grew even more...
nxt is all the elemental games... rough.. relle tiring when u complete all of them... lets see what we have... bottoms up! air ball~! tug-of-war... hands stick on trees~ nature rumble!! hah... see everyone enjoyed them... cool.. n yea, we took a council photo together..~!! first council photo of the camp.. haha
cnt relle rmr later... it was dinner.? exco cleaned up the whole place... the groundsheet... used plenty of water n then had fun here n there.. haha.. i rmr i whistled at the wrong point of time.. when karmen jiahui n hannah saying a scary story.. lols.. they got a total shock of their lives... hah.. but i needed to let out some air..!
dinner was pizza for exco.. we were relle tired alrdy.. someone called xingqi darling hor... haha.. sad i wasnt witnessing this event... aiyoo.. but anw.. after tht was freaky fetching~ n i see the scs liked the idea of walking arnd in the dark findinf lightsticks.. heh...
nightwalk..!! exco wanted it to be like LL style.. but somehow we couldnt be too fierce with the SCs... i dno, but i thought the teachers abit too protective of the SCs.. lols.. but dont worri, exco will not torture u guys... i think.. ><>< not many passed what i expected, n a few gave away ur name.. but hey, the guys that held hands together were relle cute..!! haha...
didnt relle sleep much... slept at about 4.30am..? in the lt 2... yxiang n me layed out the light sticks... all the light sticks that u guys collected.. hah.. we made a relle large loop.. n then that was our bed.. ha.. me karmen n yixiang slept within the lights... o yea..!! forgot to mention the IA worsest costume idea.. we flunked it.. >< no time to take a photo.. so sad... we try again nxt time..?
day 2... nxt morning... v cold... me n hannah continued alittle bit of sleep outside lt 2 on the tables.. hah.. then later we started the day with morning exercise.. then streetchase..! quite fun to be the sms guy... my group was amanda n wye inn n people... sorri i sms slow.. >< hah.. but anw... i think the tasks are quite fun n i wanna do the street chase for myself lor... made a new discovery during this streetchase... ICED GREEN LATTE ROCKS~! v nice!!! hah.. tht is my fave drink in starbucks now.. hah.. rmr i actually did not wanna give up finding it before i left vivo on the last day of camp when i was rushing to go home.. hah.. sad i nvr join in tht lunch... got the YEF performance... so left earlier.. but needed a drink.. so i searched high n low for starbucks.. lols.. n got tht same drink i drank which i was introduced on the 2nd day of camp.. haha..! thx xingqi for that intro~ lolly
ok... rushed back to school.. then exco packed the bags into the lorry for council... all the saikang.. haha.. but its okae... have to keep checking... if anything goes wrong its our fault.. n hey, everything was alright.. haha... ;D we rocked yea.? at trains station.. waited for teams to arrive...
in the train... i alrdy zonked out... tired... totally no emotions... hah... sat beside shingchun.. sorri shingchun..! i was tired.. cnt entertain u much... even at the checkpoint i was like, zzz... then cnt even smile proper.. n dont even feel like smiling or talking.. tht tired... slept in the train... then woke up realised elizabeth beside me le.. hah.. was quite sianed in the train.. but when i got back my energy went around with my cam again.. heh...
day 3... kuala lipis..! after settling down in the apartment went for water activities... lols... it is juz a pond n we build our raft for rafting... new experience.. was a bit "grrr" when seeting criticise on the knot tying... ha.. but i think it is good that it is simple enough for everyone to be able to try, be it in uniform or non uniform groups.. hah... i could help in building the raft..! i could tie the knots! yea.. tht kinda contribution is satisfactory... unlike in level camp i rmr, onli those uniform groups people were involved in knot tying... but anw...
yea... lula is bad at water stuff... lols... so is eke.. cuz at the special round of tug of war... lula n eke quickly lost to dyaruu n aeldra.. haha.. then later is coewa zi xiang can sha... lols... but later one round with teachers n coaches vs year 2, 3 n 4... year 4 own..!! haha...
water activity took up the whole day... then went back to the hotel n we had the overseas comm games at night... it was quite impromptu for me... cuz i had to take photos of the poses done by the scs... heh.. n i had to think of what to do with them.. but got over it.. so u guys like it.? the game with xingqi n the apples.. n me with the cam.. hah.. then later got rache's stn with the photographs... mine i v obvious.. lols, but i lazy to find another photo cuz i last min send de.. >< the others were quite cute.. xingqi was abit yuan1 wang4... cuz the peeps saw a porridge bowl there n then they assume is xingqi alrdy.. hah... then cq also is obvious... rache de look like guy... lols.. babay pictures are interesting...
then got the pegs duck squat game... tht is relle violent... rmr during orientation cassie played tht game.. haha.. she relle went all the way down to get as many pegs as she could... o yea.. n after this game, xingqi keep using the pegs he got to clip his eyebrows.. his mouth... nose... =.= chengqian also... not pain meh.? ha... then got the guess the drink thingy game.. didnt relle seetht game but i think is disgusting.. got curry powder drink n the lemon juice.. ee.. i had a share in squeezing the lemon n hey, it is relle sour n acidic..!
day 4... went up the hills to the cave... the trip up there was a rocky one... lula cheered alot alot alot.. n i slept halfway through the trip.. ok, not halfway.. less than that.. hah... but was tired.. lols.. then later when reached we had to sleep in a cave! i was expecting a deep dark cave with bats.. but it was juz an outdoor sheltered with cave rocks onli.. hah.. zz.. nth much.. but new experience to sleep liddat outdoors..
trekking was not bad... leeches..~! 2 n a half bites.. disgusting.. first one on my ankle somewhere there... when i see it, saw like a round round thing, tried to blow off, cannot... thought it was a leech.. dno what to do... asked around, what to do if i got leech..? lols... ms chua helped me by putting salt... saw alot of blood when the leech becomes loose.. then it came out.. then bleeeeeed... then use tissue to cover.. hah.. no pain.. pain comes later..but abit onli.. 2nd time was in the caves if im not wrong... on my neck.. felt sth, touched it, slimy.. LEECH!! but i nvr scream.. juz disgusted.. lols.. dno who help me.. put alot of salt.. then the others laughing that the salt is overwhelming.. haha.. thx yanlin... put the antiseptic cream... but she say nvr bite.. but that one i felt the most uncomfortable after the leech was there.. disgusted i guess... third one also somewhere on ankle.. but a very small one.. quickly finished when i put salt... myself.. ha... lucky all small leeches... bigger ones nvr got on me.. ><
played in the river..!! cold.... haha.. rmr in chiangmai oso got river splashing... cairns is always in water... haha.. then here also have.!! brought xingqi down into the river... sorrrii... heard tht u onli got one attire left.. so didnt wanna get wet.. but anw, everyone wanted u to get in yea.? but relle, if u nvr get in then u would regret it.. hah... it was relle fun... doing cheers in the water... splashing random fellow scs... funny... if onli i conquer the fear of cold.. i can do much more... *evil grin* hahah!
then was dinner..! n it rained later... so no more night trek.. sad.. hmm...
the night was abit sian for me... i was like dont wanna go sleep.. n then was thinking abt the grouping i was in... i was like abit traumatised.. ok, not say traumatised.. but not very like my group... traumatised was by shanisca n daniel.. with their mama n papa jokes.. haha.. n how loud they were... n seeing how im not bonded with my group... im always out of my group doing other stuff.. n how this is going to be a camp i will regret cuz i nvr relle bond with my group well... wanted to emo emo around... playing the candles... staying up awake... walked around... dont want to sleep yet... lols... wanted to say all these to someone... but yea... exco no more 'meeting'... all went back to their beds soon... though the girls slept later cuz they called in the instructors.. n yxiang entertained me awhile with the candle thingy by the side, n then put up blue lightsticks in case people fall off the slippery sides of the soil... thts thoughtful... but i slept once i closed my eyes...
day 5... went to the tamil school... they were relle cute students.. n they are all so bubbly n cheerful... omg.. i so enjoyed myself there interacting with the kids... made friends with one of them.. i dno his name.. >< abit hard to pronounce n rmr... i quite liked him, n can feel tht he quite liked me too... lols... he would hold my hands n bring me to where he wants me to go with him... n yea, when playing games they would hug u around... n they really love games! dance too~! abit sad... cuz we stay there awhile onli.. n relle i can feel the longing to stay with them longer in me, n in them.. kept waving goodbye to him when i board the bus.. he too, kept on waving.. i think they all enjoyed our company there.. as much as we enjoyed being there... its like going back to a child.. playing games like the eagle n chicks tht kind.. n i thought i was part of them for a moment... juz enjoy... i think if i stay there for a day i will seriously very very bu4 she3 de2 them...
then back to hotel.. tired... haha... had lunch... then was the overseas comm stuff again.. situational thinking.. sorri.. was sleeping when they had discussion... n exco was like flat when they discussing.. except yixiang right..? was taking fotos here n there.. i oso wonder who took my cam to take the sleeping photos.. nvr relle concentrate on the debating part.. onli laughed at the funny parts... anw i think they had fun crapping up stuff.. haha...
alrighty.. washing up...
after that was my best part of the camp alrdy... the whole lula sat in one table waiting for me n yanlin to eat dinner together... even ms tiong was with us..!! i was like.. omg... then waiting for yanlin to come.. i went up cuz i was looking for keys.. saw yanlin, n told her tht everyone waiting for us... n she didnt believed think tht they will start liao... i also thought so... but when we go back once more, they relle waited!! n they cheered for yanlin's arrival.. omFg... lols.. it is relle tht good.. i felt, WOW.. touched definitely... n i nvr relle expected tht cuz we're always absent n abit moved away frm them n going into 'exco' side.. i thought they would be like complaining n backstabbing behind our backs.. but they still did this... the only group tht ate together in one table.. cuz there's alot of people, we got this 1 n 2 thing... alt eating... so tht got space to eat... oh man... it is hilarious yet cool yet touching... thank you lula... thx alot alot alot...
then came dancing.. haha.. i hyped up by then liao... anyhow dance... lols.. followed seeting dance steps..
later being called by instructor meiqi... she was telling exco abt the debrief later n stuff n how competitive the groups were.. she shared her heart with us, n we could feel it.. the girls cried in the toilet.. weijie did not yet... still able to withstand.. heh...
campfire..!! before tht got songs... i totally highed on the songs... i rmr it was lian ai i n g.. then later is fei lun hai's chao xi huan ni... n more songs.. i juz danced n danced... lucky got karmen beside me to high as well.. lols... i hoped the campfire to be the best for the scs, and also for me to enjoy it with them forthe first, n last time...
next was the actual start of the campfire.. the mood was relle low... i was quite worried.. n sad.. n scared... i want the scs to enjoy.. but somehow still feel the competition within us.. cuz when we had our own items suefla n coewa nvr relle cheered for one another.. then when call for responses we were all quite low...
finally, came the sc dance... this was the one tht made everyone together again.. as a council... DANCE THE BEST THT U HAVE EVER DANCED!! TONIGHT IS OUR CAMPFIRE!! DANCE TOGETHER AS ONE COUNCIL!! i think i shouted something liddat... anw... i juz so totally get into the music... but i think my dance still sucked, but anw.. we did it as a whole council..!!
sharing session... by levels.. the year 2s spoke.. marcus n fabian... the year 3s spoke.. all of them.. the year 4s spoke... siswo n xingqi... i thought i wouldnt cry at all... though i feel the sadness but nvr expected the sadness to be shown out directly... oh man... talk by teachers... thinking back the past... asking us to hug one another... i alrdy forgotten what made me cry... was relle sad... juz thinking about how much i have alrdy done.. how much more i have... n on the day tht i have to leave, to pass it down to the year 3s... im even so much more saddened... my mind was all on IA... relle... then when liangwei talked about how we were in year 1s... seeting talked abt the interview thing... memories flowed in again... n all the more i became saddened...
then the exco get together... yixiang finally shed tears yea...? ha, xingqi n siswo onli 2 left standing strong... actualli i have alot alot to say to alot alot of people.. but i nvr say at all.. juz hugs... tight ones... n every time i try to speak tears would come alrdy.. some people i know that perhaps after council, our relation may be abit difficult to maintain... some i have confident that we would remain good friends after that, as we always have been, though in different classes and though in different posts... yea... n i know at least 1 person that i will continue to see in the future 2 years... unless u go to ur wishful thinking of going a polytechnic... tht wun happen yea.? haha... go SWO... the place tht we will nvr have to step down, unless the passion for music dies... thtz thtz what u say yea.?
then i also began thinking on what i have promised to some people at the start of the year.. n the promises that i made to myself.. had i continued well on them.? had i done it.? did i kept the promise..? did i create the bond with my jnrs..? cuz last year i regretted not having bonds with cniors.. so the onli thing i can now is to have fun n relle go all out with my jnrs...
return to singapore.. the train ride.. slept through... till morning... then was not very energised until quite later... then took photos again..~! ha... i think i started carrying camera all around since this year..? wanted to capture down as much as i can... partially influenced by yixiang.. yea...
there's alot i have to say to the council people.. that i scared i will leave out some things tht i wanna say... alot of u influenced me... n the influences are huge... it made me what i am today.. whether im smiling or frowning u guys had a major part in it.. haha.. relle... when i stressed also is cuz of council de.. rmr beginning of the year i was damn stressed.. everyone that wants to leave the council is frm my dept.. what kinda HOD m i.? n i was relle sad... now i begin to see things clearer.. n at the start of the year.. what kinda person m i.? i can onli think of one word -- boring... ha.. what have i learnt.? to have fun... at least now i can say tht im not as boring as last time.. lols..! maybe still abit.. abit only.. lol... relle relle... i learnt alot of alot of people around me...
but of cuz i oso scared that i neglected people along the way... so there are some people which i would like to express sorri... but all these feelings will not be said here... abit insincere.. wait till handover.? lets all cry together as a group.. year 4s.. our last 2 months (at most) of council duties...

missed out sc for a week.. dont feel like going back.. haha.. but yea.. today returned into work for SC... actualli nvr miss out alot... able to catch up...
uploading pictures... blogging 2 posts at a time... alot of photos.. ><
thinking back abt times in band as i blog hopped bandits...
thinking the first day i went into band... xiaocui as squad leader... i suay suay zhong4 timer... talked to a fat boy (no offence!)... named xingqi... know that he is a scout... tried to gave timer job to him.. succeeded.. lols.! cuz afterall he came from a uniformed group... later when announced instruments, got into trumpets... chenlu screamed, "so cute!!" i still abit shocked... came up with excuses to chnge instrument... cuz i got braces then... kind chenlu brought me to mr ng.. mr ng kindly ask if i mind playing the flute.. i said i didnt mind... i went in... another boi called jiaying went into trumpets...
met the flute cniors... they were nice... then during valentine's a flute cnior gve me a card, welcoming me into the section as well... too bad, nvr see her again... rmr jiaying's sad face telling me how badly he wants flute... got called by mr ng again.. say MEP gets first priority... i got into clarinets... didnt know that tht is my destiny... n othrs as well... jiaying into flutes, terence into BC, nicholas in trumpets... while this is my destiny, others had alot of chnges as well... relle think that mr ng relle good at arranging instruments to people.. ha..
went into clarinet sp... the other year 1 section mates were given a reed... rmr jiamin mam... not enuff reed, then saw me say later give me... i fell asleep halfway... was bored... woke up by jiamin mam... say i sleep so dont give me yet... i juz kept quiet... heard section practising pieces... singapore rhapsody... thought the section sounded relle nice.. hoped to play as well as them...
got to know my section mates... wanbo... played eflat clarinet.. was slack.. n relle left band soon... jiahuiKANG... always against me... left band in year 2.? n i thot i was the cause of it cuz im irritating.. was sad over it for awhile... michl, yiling, lynn, stayed on... i was often irritating them i guess... i know im relle childish n irritating in year 1 n 2... maybe 3.. maybe even now..? hah..
practised relle hard on the clarinet... learnt from chunbok n yingqing... went for regular SPs which the other year 1s skipped... took pride in owning a clarinet of my own... loved the feeling of carrying my clarinet in school.. haha..! always rmr having SP in 1I classroom.. with chunbok n yingqing... practising piano concerto... the part with the semiquaver running notes.. practiced tht part with yingqing alot of times... got it right.. but concert night still jammed up.. rmr that i was cut on note above "G"... didnt relle noe then y juniors always get cut.. was unhappy.. one occasion.. rmr tht yuqian said i v out of tune.. motivated me to buy a tuner to get in tune... didnt unds then... now i see...
o yes.. jonathan... taught me the fingerings to all the notes on the clarinet.. rmr was SPing.. he n poryee competing whose junior learn faster... jonathan was teaching us all the fingerings n laughing madly whenever he taught faster than poryee... poryee.. my pri school cnior... partially influenced me into joining band.. (but not basses though) talk always v loud...
indoor test... anouncement was scary... when announced "weijie, distinction" got into main band... relle happy...
graduation performance for sec 4s then... rmr the skit... we posed as various cniors around n scenes during SPs... xiaocui cried..? n i was supposedly the "guaikia" of the section tht said the line, "although they dont practice, but i will perservere!" with the arm *yea*!
year one... lighted up my passion for music... started my journey in band...

to the year 3s... relle had a great time with you all.. hope you all enjoyed the trip... its our last trip together!! but its juz so cool that we get to go on this trip, together as a whole section..? yea.. zoe is not around.. but we still got her a present yea.?
to chingwoon... jiayou jiayou jiayou... i see u as the nxt section leader, to lead the section tgt with ur other partmates... this trip relle allowed me to have fun with you, out of sectionals or full band playing... n yea... u talked more to me..!! ha.. cuz always like i talk to you all (meaning u, teresa, zoe) yall onli stare back at me n giggle behind... >< yea...

its over...
brisbane trip... the best trip i ever went... relle... enjoyed alot alot alot alot... though not always so high up there n happy happy all the time... but this trip allowed me, gave me that one last chance to interact with band juniors n squadmates for tht one last time... so people whom i did not talked to last time, i did this time... people whom i thought u were dao, now i know u are friendly... people whom i have always enjoyed being with n having fun with i so totally enjoyed the times i spent with you guys in brisbane... so what can i say... it is a fulfilling fullstop, can say the "da jie ju" which marks the end of my journey in junior high band...
back to day one at the airport... 3rd june... at this point i alrdy told myself... my last trip with my section mates... my juniors.. my friends in jhband... ha... yea... so was abit sad feeling le.. took alot alot of photos with everyone... juz even before boarding the plane... then on the plane took even more photos... i went around the plane taking photos of everyone... partly cuz of the excuse tht im the 'cameraman', cuz im doing photography for this trip... partly also cuz camera is my mode of communication with others.. it is like a tool for me to get with people... partly also cuz i want all the photographs of everyone... photographs are the tangible form of memories... so take more of it, and yea... cherish those moments...
alrighty... reached brisbane.. excited..! first stop - movie world... it is relle cool... when u go there is like u are in a cartoon world.. where everything is so vibrant and colourful and fun.. took alot of rides there... enjoyed the roller coaster ride "superman" the best... sat in the front with roy.. relle fast and WOW... its OMG... haha.. nvr sat that kinda rides before... like so big de drops... also took the batman ride... is like shoot up then come down again... not v high.. but still thrilling.. hah.... went to watch a 4D shrek movie.. relle funny... disgusting as well.. like sneezing, then water come out.. then throw spiders on the floor got wrggling feeling on the legs... >< ee.. n o yea.. teresa looked relle cute with the 3d shades on.. hahah..! played the water roller coaster.. like the one in escape... but this is much better.. got backwards somemore.. lol... enjoyed the ride with elizabeth, jieqi, simin, chervelle, jiahui, vivienne, yujia...
the first night in brisbane... was a tired one.. ha.. cuz of the flight.. dinner wasnt relle amayyzzing.. but still acceptable.. lols.. rooming with junhao n jiaying in room 108... >< i hoped i did not bored them.. but ha.. i didnt chnge myself to make them 'excited' either.. lol!!
day 2..~ somerville xchange..! performed BC con there... poema too... wth.? i always flunk bc con.. as in the solo passage for me, i always v nervous there... then i squeaked at tht time... then somemore we play bc con so many times in the whole trip... ha.. the most successful was during the concert night itself.. lucky i performed my best then..!! phew... anw.. visited the school... got guides to bring us around.. had a nice lunch of bread with kangaroo sausage..! hah.. nice meat.. most of us had two or more servings.. lols.. including me.. heh... o yea.. the australians actually thought tht singaporeans' first language is chinese!! wth>? then they thought we dont noe english well.. hah.. quite a few times in australia... we hear, "anyone here speaks english?" actually we all do.. -.- the students wrote notes for us.. hah.. the one tht i got was in chinese.. cool! they learn chinese as well.. yea... n then also got a koala... sad i lost mine... >< o ya... rumeng was totally amused by a photograph she take tgt with jiaying.. dont unds... but yea, i took more photos there.. alot alot.. ha...
did some shopping aftwards and yea.. queued a long queue for fudge... but worth it.. i think its nice.. hah.. alot of different flavours.. but i havnt started eating though.. >< anw.. got souvenirs for exco n ia n family there... flexible pencils..!! haha.. cool.? took more pictures there... first stands foto... tht night... dinner at same place... then we got chance to go to the supermarket there n buy stuff.. hah.. cup noodles..!! i bought 5 for the rest of the trip.. then every night ate one bowl... tht night.. had a cup noodle gathering... lols.. xintian, jiahui, junhao, jiaying, elizabeth, yuzhen, rebecca, lionel, jinkai, sherwin... lols.. who else.? i follwed the photograph tht we took de.. so maybe some not inside i nvr mention name.. ha.. anw we played murderer.. hah... with cupnoodles.. n when its curfew we guai guai return into our rooms... n haha.. i think it was this night also.. junhao n jiaying did circuit pumping n situps..? lols... 100 sit ups, n 50 pumpings... >< i did not take part.. hah.. was relle tired... then i juz watched them do n i lie on my bed... did i play nintendo on this night..? hmm.. like not... anw... played jingjie's nintendo for 2 nights cuz she charge it in our room.. or should i say xingqi left it in our room to charge.. n weijie took it to play while charging.. haha!! quite fun..! i like the cooking mama.. then played the solo challenge to break all the records... lol..!
day 3..! percussion n jembe people got masterclass at somerville... the rest of us nth much so slacked quite alot in the hotel... got up to 1030am to spare... then after lunch tht day we went to redlands college for our exchange... playing tgt with them rocked... new experience... cuz always play with our people onli u dont get to see the world... hah.. the clarinetists there not say v v pro la.. but they got volume.. hah.. quite loud.. so when i play i try to match their volume.. o yea, they onli got 5 clarinets... vs us 13.. which is alot more... so actually they quite shocked we are a big section.. ha.. played jupiter hymn tgt... not bad la.. but i realised tht our brasses relle cnt be compared with them.. brasses..!! yall can play more n better..! dunno leh, feel like our brasses v timid kind... is pro but dont dare blow.. lol.. rhymes..
later got dinner... lol.. sat as a section n also included the aussie clarinets.. but was abit awkward.. nth much to talk.. plus they were girls.. n yet my section mates did not want to do the interacting.. n weijie also not v good at these... ha, i saw chingwoon though, interacting with them... u like it.? hah.. ooo... their dessert was the best..!! i took one plate... zz.. then everyone kupped.. xingqi, jiaying, yujia, qihang.. n who else.? hahah.. anw their desserts rocked..! i like the one with strawberry n kiwi n then cream... amongst these got crumbs of cake in between n totally sweet and creamy.. wow...
after that we had a mini gathering of performances... first up was mozart group by us... ha.. it was not too bad.. ><>< hah.. then the aussie were impressed by her playing.. well, it is relle good... then they had their brass band, n then a solo guitar n drums, n then didgeridoo... hah.. use a vacuum to practice?! lols... not to forget the jembes..!! yea... i like the rhythmmmm... hah anw it was a fun night...
day 4..! our concert..! hmm... i was in the mood of tearing juz before we all go to watch the first half of the concert... cuz i was like... 'our last concert.. our last concert...' but somehow it is a bonus alrdy... if not forthis trip, the last concert was rhythm... this is like a "2nd chance"... which i so totally treasured... took more photos... almost of everyone tht i had wanted to... had a section photo... had fotos with the funny people... (kahmin, jingjie, rumeng, binx2) photos with squado peeps... xingqi, simin, yujia, terence, lionel, shenmei, sihui, junhao, lynn, yiling, michelle,nicole... with juniors... elizabeth, roy, sherwin, xintian, jiahui, teresa...
ha.. helped out with mr lim for the video... n yea... MR LIM, i think he is relle a very very very nice teacher... v approachable as well.. in movieworld, he went along with us clarinets, had lunch with us, then shared food with me n roy as well as treated us cake... he is very humble.. n approached me to 'learn' how to use the videocam.. n so i advised him with my limited knowledge on how to use.. ha.. then one night me n jiaying n lionel went to his room cuz lionel needed the bubble wrap... then we treated him timtam.. he treated us brownies... yea.. what an i say...
anw anw... mr ng also very nice..!! but i have this 'barrier' towards him... he randomly bought snake gummy for clarinets.. hah.. the pckt with me i shared with the section liao.. another packt with terry.. hmm.. he ate it.? hah... anw, he was like, 'clarinets, have u heard ofthe phrase jiak ***' nt very sure, it was hokkien... >< then we say no.. then he say "chi1 she2" so it meant skiving.. hah.. then he present us the snake sweet.. wow... n told us to share with the section... another occasion was when i was with elizabeth n natalie, mr ng came along n chatted abit on chocolate cakes.. then he went into starbucks n bought a chocolate muffin for us... wow.? he's relle relle nice... but weijie cnt relle related n approach him as comfortably as he could with mr lim.. haha.. perhaps its the kinship... mr lim, n mr limweijie... LOL
okae.. the concert was not bad... according to mr ng, "better than rhythm".. woohoo..! n yea, bc con the solo i did well.. i think.. hah.. but i juz dont unds why after every concert things also rush alot... haiz.. nvr give out the souvenir.. nvr get contacts.. >< then yea... after concert i oso tired to think of the emo side.. but i juz know tht that was the last concert i had with my juniors... also, well done chingwoon.. haha.. had fun playing first stands tgt with u.. ;)
after tht night.. everyone relaxed liao.. haha.. so tht night had another party as well.. if i nvr rmr wrongly.. haha.. >< with cupnoodles too..! o yea.. had pizzas when we return to the hotel.. lots n lots of them.. hah.. n yep... junhao having his constipation... damn funny...
day 5..! we went to tropical farm for a tour... relle cool.. bought macademia nuts as snacks.. relle nice.. honey roasted de.. hah.. then along the trip ate finish le... we had fruit tasting..!! the jackfruit rocked... relle fresh.. he juz split open then.. hah.. then got kiwi, dragonfruit, lemonade, pineapple... all taste relle fine.. but i think alot of us love the jackfruit.. haha... exclaimed by xingqi as well... lols.. we then had a tour around the area... we saw alot of different plants... avocado.. n learn abt the oil it produces... then macademia nuts... n had a try to crack the nuts there n eat on the spot... fresh... i like it.. heh...
had a train ride... lol... quite fun... juz sit on a mini train n move around... then after tht got a mini bball court... xingqi n terry n others tried to slamdunk.. hah.. phail!! terry did..? lols... dno... then we sat on a boat ride... alot of jiahuis around.. lols.. DUCK!! got ducks with qinggong n run on water, ducks which heads will protrude whenever they move, n what else.? hah.. they follow the boat..! walked thru a mini farm... loved the donkey n calf there... cute..!! then we had lunch after tht... n then more photographs after tht.. hah... nice scenery as well..
after tht we go see a concert of QWO... loved the first few pieces... percussive piece, with alot of meter changes.. ha.. then got saxaphone concerto which is so soothing n nice melody... then later rebroll..!! hah... not bad not bad.. i love tht piece... heh, n im so gonna get a chance to play it... i like tht kinda orchestra lor.. lesser people but have a full sound... something like SWO as well... wanna have a chance to play in this kinda orchestra.. relle different feeling i guess.. hah...
woohoo.. our last night in the hotel..! chaos? gambling den on the first level.. about half of the band all gathered there... we have four groups of people playing cards.. lols, of cuz, all these happened after everyone packed their instruments.. haha.. which i alrdy did long ago n was quite sianed when they packed... lols... then later played card games...
we were quite pissed with one another cuz we v noisy... n then got one room is not by us.. is other guests.. so we were like must keep volume down.. anw.. my group got the horn n trombone n oboe people... binx2, rumeng, jingjie, gavin, kahmin, simin, yujia, jiaxin, sherwin, teresa... n who else..? ha.. jieqi n lionel sat beside us.. but nvr play.. >< lol.. played slap jack.. always jiaxin lose... then later cnt stand the noise then change to murderer... lols... i love it.. mr lim actually joined us in playing! as in, not my group la, with another group.. but he enjoyed as well.. lols..! then at curfew, we all went back..
day 5..! 5am... actually got a group of people woke up to play cards... lols.. tiring la.. me n junhao gave up, jiaying went out.. hah.. heard mr lim also joined in... cool huh.?
then later was shopping.. bought quite a few stuff.. hah.. a soft toy tht laughs hysterically.. lols..! xingqi got tht too.. so did jiaying.. hah... then nougats... macademia... koala keychain... notepads for my cuzzies as well... lol.. spent quite abit there...
after tht we went to dreamworld... wow... took more rides there.. haha... sad nvr get to take the big drop... the tall tower de.. but took tower of terror.. achieved 157km/h de speed.. not relle scary... vortex totally made me feel bad... giddy... hah.. but it was cool cuz could do stunts... jiaying achieved handstand.. lols..! anw, first ride was the claw... is like viking, but it also turns 360 degree such tht u get to see the view around.. hah... not everyone is the ride kinda people... like dear mr loy... giddy aft the ride... then took wipeout... totally wiped out! my coins dropped out during the ride! got totally upside down de.. hah.. then yea.. after the ride my coins dropped into my jeans n into my shoe.. lol..! nobody saw tht.. >< cyclone.. a roller coaster ride... got 360 degree turn.. but not very scary.. cuz it is juz too fast le.. hah.. o yea.. samantha did a vandalism there... during the queue to the tower of terror... she vandalised "dhssb" n "GHG" lolly!!
lunch was hotdogs...!! nice..!! it was a foot long... together with cheese n bbq sauce... ha... binbin bought a YELLOW spongebob cap.. haha..! cool.? first time nobody late when we gather... then we quickly went on the bus to our nxt stop.. also shopping..
queenstreet mall..! is like wth.? the shops closes at 5pm.. we have up to 8pm... then xingqi arh... meet with cousin n went off to eat steak... tsk tsk tsk... so the group was me, terence, xintian, dilys, jiaying, natalie, vivienne.. hah.. nvm.. we eat DOUGHNUTS.. hah.! then later eat chocolate cake... o yea..sian.. nvr get to buy anyhting.. AGAIN... almost bought a jacket which cost $89 bucks.. lucky nvr.. cuz tht one kids size, then also juz nice on me onli.. but dont have a size larger... then in the end is shop at souvenir shops.. heh.. i like the stones best... got different words de... i bought them to remind myself of the things i believe in.. friends, trust, hope, believe... gave my sister 'dream'.. got one for xingqi, 'faith'... ha.. brother, keep up the faith in everything u do... yea.?
lols.. went to borders... terence is so absorbed in the book, "s3x for dummies".. lols.. i think yuzhen cnt stand his behaviour.. hah.. told me to control him.. >< sorri.. its me.. i started it.. i saw the book, cuz its the mini kinda size.. then later i thought it was quite interesting n sure terry or jiaying will be interested.. lol..!! terry grabbed it.. hah.. zz... then see some quotable quotes... took a photo... my favourite -- to handle yourself, use ur head; to handle others, use ur heart...

haa.. spent my last few money in the airport.. but still got 85 cents left.. >< hahas.. took photo with mr ng..! lols.. then in the plane afterwards everyone is tired out alrdy... xingqi slept thru the whole trip with small wake-ups in between.. lols... weijie watched ahlong but is relle boring, gave up half way too... hah.. played mahjong with simin... she pro.. played reversi with vanessa... she also pro... lols... the trip back the seating is quite cool, me, simin, xingqi... then behind was rachel jinkai n xintian, infront was lionel, dilys, sihui.. haha.. but we all zonked out.. nvr play cards..!! thx rachel for the snacks, the cup of water, the pack of cards.. haha... n yea, did i mention her father was the pilot of the plane back to singapore.? cool..!
reached singapore... the feeling started to come into me... sad sad sad sad... we are all leaving alrdy..? was relle relle sad when walking out of the plane... queuing for immigration... lynn with me into my queue... ha.. saw me tearing... n she was influenced... sad sad sad..? sniffles... tried to lighten atmosphere with abit of laughing.. but juz a small thought on leaving makes me sad again... lol.. queue for so long alrdy then me lynn n xingqi went to the automatic de... funny or wad.?

actually i have alot alot alot to say to my clarinet section... i wanted to like have a clarinet gathering where we could sit down n then give us seniors some time to say our 'last words'.. that moment nvr came... i dunno abt lynn yiling n michelle... they seem closer to the juniors, but im definitely close to the section... generally... n individually to some... not all though.. but i still love clarinet section alot alot alot...
sorri i left today in a v weird manner... >< it is difficult to part...

although im looking forward to brisbane trip.. but i somehow i dont want it to end... its like, the final countdown to the last days of my time in junior high band... sad sad sad... time relle flies...
juz the beginning of this year... playing without seniors by my side...

i can still rmr my previous rhythms...
first rhythm in year 2... playing symphony in g minor, gilgamesh, clarinet concerto, piano concerto... was playing wih yingqing n chunbok in first stands for piano concerto... with charlene n yuqian in 2nds for the others.. n tht was the first time when i realised, said by yingqing, every rhythm u play with a different group of people.. that is so true...
last year was queen symphony with yingqing in the 1st stands... n then playing with kailin in samurai 1st stands..! again... different people... then this year with chingwoon, teresa, jaime, zoe, alissa, kristal.. lol.. they all got chance to be in 1st stands.. >< except chloe.. anw....
ahhhhh......
still cannot accept the fact tht im moving on so soon... juniors... we shall still play ball with each other... go home tgt... dinner together yea.??
